When you request a free estimate through our contact forms, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, your property address (on the main contact form), and any project details you add. We also see your IP address and general browser information the way any website does through normal server logs.
Solely to respond to your request — to call, text, or email you back about your project and schedule a free estimate. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Form submissions are emailed directly to our project inbox at projects@ivyfarmshomeservices.com. We keep those emails as our normal business record of who requested what, the same way we'd keep a note from a phone call.
This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not collect your name, email, or phone number as part of that tracking. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Our site links out to Yelp, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, MapQuest, and Angi. Once you click through to any of those sites, their own privacy policies apply — we don't control what they do with your information there.
If you'd like us to delete a form submission or any information we have on file for you, email projects@ivyfarmshomeservices.com and we'll take care of it.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new "last updated" date. We'd encourage checking back occasionally if you have ongoing concerns.
